Easy in easy out options
We operate on an easy in easy out basis, our commitment period is as little as one month meaning there is no long notice period. We also offer the option of sign up for 6, 12 & 24 months which then lowers your monthly cost by 5, 10 and 15%. In an ever-changing economy, it can be hard to predict the future growth of your business whether you’re a start-up or well established business the future can be uncertain and long leases that tie you in for 3-5+ years can sometimes be an unviable commitment, with the options we have available that big leap into renting an office space doesn’t seem so big, giving you the ability to dip your toe into the market and test the waters.
Reduced admin costs
Our reception is manned from 8.30am – 4pm Monday to Thursday and Friday from 8.30 – 3pm. Our reception staff collect and distribute all mail and parcels directly to you as soon as they arrive. We will welcome visitors, seat them in reception and notify you when they have arrived, whether you chose to come and collect them yourself or we can show them to your office with your approval. If you book out our Greenwood Suite, we can provide tea and coffee service if requested, there are also catering options which we can arrange for you. Our newline video conferencing facility is all set up, but if you need help connecting then a member of our staff will assist you.
No locking up at the end of the day
Gone are the days of closing the shutters, locking all the doors, setting the alarms, and worrying you haven’t locked the doors or set the alarms just before bed. All that worry is taken away from you, all you must do is close your door or any windows you’ve opened and it’s as simple as that. Our Salto KS entry system leaves you with the knowledge your belongings and private paperwork is secure when you leave your office, McCue House is only accessible to members which are provided with a fob and phone app access.
Meeting room usage included
All our members have usage allowance for the greenwood suite which is renewed monthly. Our app allows our members to view the calendar for availability and book a date and time that suits them, we also have catering options available on request
Complimentary tea, coffee, and refreshments
We provide our members and visitors with complimentary tea and coffee, our fresh bean to cup coffee machines are beloved by all of us at McCue House, the machine provides the usual favourites such as latte, cappuccino, and mocha just to name a few. In Phase 2 of our development, our Vault Lounge will also include a fresh and sparkling juice machine.
No service charges
With single and multi-occupancy leases there is generally a service charge to pay, this can either be included in your rent or paid separately alongside your rental payment. These often include things such as cleaning, maintenance and repairs to the property including plumbing, roofing, and drains. These can be either set one of two ways; Proportional charge – you pay for your part of the building or fixed charge – you pay a pre set percentage of the costs for the whole building. There is also building insurance which is set up by the landlord but paid by the tenant in multi-let properties, this is almost global; business rates are also paid by you on top of your rent.
With McCue House, your rent (membership) payment is all that is required. There are no hidden costs, we pay your business rates, cleaning is included, there are no maintenance fees, leaving you with a simple single cost per month.
No set up costs
All our offices come fully furnished, which includes desks, chairs, lockable drawers, and lockable filing cupboards with the option of various sizes. Phones and phone lines are also included so there is no need for finding the best provider, if you already have a phone number, we can arrange to move that over for you. Internal and outgoing calls are all included with a 200-minute cap (more can be added) for outgoing calls.
