We offer a simple No Deposit entry system, offering short term rental agreements from as little as per day for Hot Desks or monthly payments for Co-Working and Private Offices.

First Floor - F05 - CoWorking (Dedicated Desk)

£175.00* billed per month (£40.25 per week) includes VAT.

First Floor - F10 - Hot Desk (Bookable Daily Space) -
Up to 6 Desks.

£18 per day per desk includes VAT.

*Access to Hot Desks available during reception hours:

Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 4:00pm.
Friday: 9:00am – 3:00pm.
Excludes Weekend and Bank Holidays.

Superior Office Spaces

Each Private Office comes with the following

  • 8 hours meeting room usage per month *.
  • Kitchen/prep area & complimentary tea & coffee.
  • Onsite Car Park Access.
  • Utility Bills Included.

High Quality Desks, Full Lumbar Swivel chairs, 3 Drawer Cabinet with Lock per desk, & Free Standing Coat Stand.

Other office furniture can be supplied according to your businesses requirements.

1000 Mb per second super fast broadband. Includes a private wired (ethernet) connection & WiFi access throughout the building.

Reception is open:

Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Friday – 9:00 am – 3:00 pm 

Weekends & Bank Holidays – Closed

Each Phone Includes Local Number, Unlimited inbound, 200 UK outbound mins per phone per month (extras available e.g. International calling etc).

– Note: If you do not need a phone per workstation please deduct £25 per desk per membership.

Advanced contactless access control technology from SALTO provides access to the building, individual offices and meeting rooms.

Air Conditioning in each office allows for you to keep warm during winter and cool during summer months.

All Offices and Meetings Rooms are cleaned Monday-Friday. 

(This can be opted out of).

Each Private Office within the Business Centre is fitted with professional Acoustic Boarding to provide exceptional soundproofing and privacy.

1 Month Upfront – No deposit is required.
